Licensing and Fees
Upon approval of the application, the applicant will have to sign the User Agreement for the use of the Green Label. The applicant will have to comply with the terms and conditions of the User Agreement.
The average application will be processed within three(3) to four(4) weeks after the final application has been received with all relevant supporting documents compliance with the SGLS Criterion the product falls under. If the SGLS Secretariat feels that the documentation is incomplete in any manner the applicant will need to resubmit all documentation in compliance with the requests of the SGLS Secretariat. Resubmissions are considered as new applications and thus the application timeline will reset to process this new application

The onus of compliancy with the Green Label Criterion and efficient processing of an application lies with the applicant. We strongly suggest any applicant seeking the SGLS endorsement review their submission and all documents meticulously in to insure compliance to to the relative Criterion prior to application.
